Campers are invited to enjoy the fire ring when seasonal burn bans are not in place.
The water and proximity to nearby preserves attracts birds, rabbit, deer, and other friendly wildlife. Drift off to sleep at night to the sounds of frogs croaking and coyotes howling in the distance. Our homestead is conveniently located near county hiking trails, Black River National Wildlife Refuge, Mima Mounds Natural Preserve, Capital Forest, and Millersylvania State Park.
